Transeco 16 April 2019

Dear Clients

We understand the recent news coverage about gold investments has been extremely alarming to many of our clients. We at Transeco Minerals and Mining Ltd would like to reassure our clients on how committed we are in paying each forward gold purchase, our company has not been implicated by recent investigations. Nevertheless, it goes without words that our company and its management will do the utmost to protect our clients’ interests.

Moving forwards, we have numerous positive updates since the ban was lifted. Negotiations and legalisations are well underway for the large-scale concession. Likewise, we have secured a large-scale concession owned by Perseus mining which we hope to start exploration work on soon.

We wait for the necessary legalities to come through for the large-scale mine, we have finished engineering on our first small-scale concession and production has started. This will enable us to generate income and get the commencement of mining back off the ground.

The second small-scale site is currently being worked on and civil engineering will be finished soon and production will start soon after.

Whilst we look forward to continuing this optimistic path and are enthusiastic to explore and take advantage of upcoming opportunities, we are aware the main source of income will derive from the large-scale mine which in turn will pay clients.

We are extremely optimistic about the future and growth of Transeco our clients are the most significant part of Transeco Minerals and Mining, without the forward gold purchases we would not be in the positive position we’re in now. Our top priority is to fulfil each contract and reassure clients that we are proactively working towards this.

Transeco would like to offer each client the opportunity to visit Ghana covering a two-night stay, transfers and a tour around site. This opportunity will enable you to see the progress and equipment bought with forward gold purchases, this also provides additional security knowing where the assets are located. We really want to maintain a transparent relationship with our clients, please feel free to contact us directly at +44 7438 278109 or +233 24 924 3291 any time for updates and we will be happy to answer or discuss your queries.

Yours Sincerely

Mr A Niazi Director
